Notice to StayWell Members: GRMC Billing Statements

StayWell would like to inform our members that some recent billing statements issued by Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) may include charges that should not be the patient’s responsibility. GRMC has confirmed that they have identified the issue and are in the process of updating their billing statements to ensure that patient balances are shown accurately.
What You Should Do
If you received services from GRMC within the past year, we ask that you contact StayWell before paying any bill you receive directly from the hospital. Our team will review the charges to make sure they align with your plan benefits and that you are billed correctly.
