(SGI) and Island Home Insurance Company (IHIC) will be undergoing health plan reaccreditation through the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). This voluntary process reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality health care and services to our valued members.
As part of this effort, both organizations will undergo a comprehensive evaluation to assess compliance with AAAHC Health Plan Standards. This evaluation will determine our eligibility for reaccreditation and reinforce our dedication to excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement.

Opportunity for Member & Public Participation
As required by AAAHC, a Public Notice of Survey will be posted at least 30 days before the scheduled survey dates. This notice provides an opportunity for patients, members, staff, and the general public to share relevant information regarding our quality of care and compliance with AAAHC Standards directly with the surveyors during their onsite visit.
